? ? ? ? Plot
After the death of Prof. Charles Xavier, it seemed like everything had come to an end- but it hadn't. There were still mutants, everywhere- living, dying, being born- and they still needed just as much help as ever to survive among humans, if not more. Just as life had to go on, so did the school. Every year, a new generation of mutants, gifted youngsters, is accepted to Xavier's Institute, and the death of a great man would not stop that. With Magnito human, it seemed that the worst of it was over. Now, a generation later, a new threat has arisen. There are still believers. Children of the old teams walk the halls of Xavier's Institute, and even more live among the rest of the world. Within them, some fight for the cause Magnito lost his power going after; and some fight to defend the lives of the innocent. Which side are you on?
? ? ? ? Rules
? You may play any character that is a child of someone from the X-Men movies (or comics/graphic novels) or an OC. You may also play any of the canon characters, but keep in mind that they will be a bit on the older side of the spectrum, as this is a generation later.
? Be nice. You don't have to be all lovey-dovey, but please, do not start fights in the OOC. We're here to have fun! Your character(s) can be the biggest jerk(s) ever, if you want, but leave the drama where it belongs. Thank you! ?
? I realize that some of your characters won't exactly look human. I also realize that it can be excruciatingly difficult and frustrating to try to find that one person in the world that looks like the character in your head, and fail. Because of this, the picture in your character sheet does not have to be of a real person. I can be of a drawing, painting, whatever you want, so long as it satisfies the image in your head. If you can't find anything, anywhere, that looks remotely like your character, and you don't believe that you have the ability to create the image yourself, then you don't have to have a picture. It's pretty simple. I do ask, however, that if you have a picture that isn't yours, you credit the model/photographer/artist/etc. somewhere in your sheet, even if it's just a link in the picture. Also, if you do not have a picture, keep in mind that the appearance section of your character sheet must be extra detailed.
? Please, I don't mind your character's mutations having little to do with their parents', but if they are completely and totally different, you need to have a reason. For characters with human carriers as parents, this is void.
